Facilities & Infrastructure Projects Management to support the team in managing workplace facilities, infrastructure projects, soft services and employee engagement activities across ADE sites.\nThis internship provides practical exposure to facilities management, project coordination, vendor management, workplace operations and company events within a fast-paced aviation and MRO environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilities & Workplace Management\nAssist with the day-to-day coordination and management of workplace facilities and services.\nManage stationery orders, inventory and distribution to departments and Allstars.\nConduct regular cleanliness and housekeeping inspections across office and facility areas.\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, pest control, water dispensers, coffee machines and other workplace services.\nMonitor vendor performance and follow up on service issues, maintenance requirements and corrective actions.\nAssist in ensuring facilities are maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable condition.\nSupport the team in coordinating workplace improvements and facilities-related initiatives.\nInfrastructure & Project Management\nAssist in coordinating ongoing facilities and infrastructure projects.\nSupport project planning, scheduling, progress tracking and follow-ups with internal stakeholders, contractors and vendors.\nParticipate in site inspections and monitor project works and rectification activities.\nAssist with preparing project documentation, reports, presentations and progress updates.\nMaintain project records, work orders, quotations, permits and other relevant documentation.\nTrack project timelines, outstanding actions and deliverables.\nVendor & Contract Coordination\nLiaise with facilities service providers and vendors on day-to-day operational matters.\nAssist in monitoring vendor performance against agreed service standards.\nFollow up on service requests, complaints and corrective actions.\nAssist with maintaining vendor records and relevant documentation.\nEmployee Engagement & Events\nAssist in planning and coordinating company events, employee engagement activities and fun activities for Allstars.\nSupport event logistics including venue setup, vendors, materials, registration and on-site coordination.\nWork with internal teams and external vendors to ensure activities run smoothly.\nContribute creative ideas for employee engagement and workplace initiatives.\nAdministration & Reporting\nAssist with data collection, reporting and preparation of presentations.\nMaintain proper records and documentation for facilities, projects and vendor activities.\nAttend meetings and prepare minutes or action items where required.\nUndertake other tasks and projects assigned by the Facilities & Infrastructure Projects Management team.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Office / Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.\nMinimum internship duration of 4 months.\nGood organizational and coordination skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nAble to work independently as well as part of a team.\nComfortable with both office-based and site-based work.\nProactive, responsible and willing to learn.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nWhat You Will Gain\nHands-on experience in facilities and infrastructure project management within the aviation MRO industry.\nExposure to facilities operations, workplace services and vendor management.\nPractical experience in coordinating infrastructure and improvement projects.\nExperience working with contractors, vendors and multiple internal stakeholders.\nExposure to employee engagement and company event management.\nOpportunity to develop project coordination, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.\nA dynamic learning environment within a fast-growing aviation engineering company.\nWe are all different -
