In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance. You will work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and end-users to provide comprehensive network support and deliver successful projects.\nFunctional Duties\nDesign, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure for the company, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.\n\nManage and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs, to protect our network from unauthorized access and potential threats.\n\nProvide 2nd and 3rd-tier support to end-users for network infrastructure-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently.\n\nCollaborate and coordinate with server, desktop, and other ICT teams, as well as vendors, in various projects to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure components.\n\nTroubleshoot and repair malfunctioning network equipment, including switches, routers, and wireless access points, to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted network services.\n\nMonitor network performance and security, utilizing diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, and implement necessary improvements.\n\nConduct proof-of-concept evaluations for new network solutions and technologies to enhance network and security performance, providing recommendations for implementation.\n\nDocument network configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation.\n\nStay updated with industry trends and best practices in network administration, architecture, and security to continuously improve our network infrastructure.\n\nSkills & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Science or related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in Infra Network/ ICT Network Engineer or any Related\n\nExpertise in computer technical support skills\n\nExperience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools\n\nSolid understanding of network operating systems\n\nSolid background in network administration and architecture\n\nGood command of English communication both written and spoken.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive departmental issues with discretion.
