Continuous Improvement & Innovation\nExperiment with emerging technologies and introduce improvements to tools, processes, and systems.\n\nParticipate in internal initiatives to drive engineering excellence, DevOps improvements, and operational automation.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nEssential:\n7+ years of professional software engineering experience (open to varying levels).\n\nProficient in backend development using Java (Spring Boot)/Nodejs and Python. Familiar with front end development technologies such as React.js is a plus\n\nSolid understanding of Git.
