You will drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, lead our adoption of agentic AI capabilities, and ensure delivery of high-quality applications using Node.js, React / Next.js, MySQL, and agentic AI features (e.g., AI tutoring assistants, content generation, adaptive learning workflows) into the product\nArchitect and build agentic AI systems , including LLM orchestration, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines , either directly or through close oversight of the team building them\nOwn cloud architecture decisions on GCP, including service selection, scalability, and cost optimization\nGuide data architecture decisions, including pipeline design and analytics/reporting needs, in collaboration with data stakeholders\nOversee coding standards, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD\nCollaborate with product and design teams to deliver features\nTroubleshoot issues and drive technical improvements across the stack\nRequired Skills\n7+ years in software development, 3+ years as a Tech Lead\nStrong JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, React / Next.js\nExpertise in MySQL (schema design, optimization)\nHands-on experience building agentic AI systems , LLM orchestration, tool/function-calling, RAG pipelines, or agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent) , and the ability to translate this into a product-level AI feature roadmap\nHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform \nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nGood to Have\nHands-on with GitLab CI/CD\nFamiliarity with Docker / Kubernetes\nBackground in building EdTech or e-learning systems\nExposure to BigQuery or other GCP-native data warehousing tools\nQualifications and Competencies:\nBS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.\n10+ years of related software engineering experience.\nMust be comfortable coding in at least one of the following: NodeJS, Java,, Python\nStrong knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle Experience designing and deploying dynamically scalable, highly available, fault tolerant, and reliable applications.\nHave experience in CI/CD tools (Gitlab Pipelines, Travis)\nStrong Design knowledge, using S.O.L.I.D principles Have deep experience in building application on top of one of 3 clouds such as (GCP, AWS,
