We are transforming the spectrum from a static bottleneck into a dynamic advantage, delivering machine-speed tactical deconfliction for the military and automated licensing for commercial innovators.\nWe’re looking for a Infrastructure & DevSecOps Engineer to help scale the backbone of our platform - securing and hardening data systems that handle fragmented, high-stakes datasets, and building the core of modern spectrum infrastructure. The problems are hard, the mission is critical, and the impact is global.\nWhat you’ll do:\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks, vulnerability scanning, and automated testing for cloud systems.\n\nConfigure and enforce role-based access controls, encryption, and logging for sensitive datasets across AWS/Azure GovCloud.\n\nImplement automated monitoring, alerting, and auditing to detect misconfigurations, data anomalies, and compliance violations.\n\nIntegrate with legacy government systems, resolve data normalization issues, and ensure secure, auditable data flows.\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent) to enforce reproducible, secure deployments.\n\nBuild new tools and services to support the speed and reliability of development.\n\nYou should have:\nExperience working across cloud domains (AWS/Azure commercial, AWS/Azure Government, etc).\n\nKnowledge of compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, DoD SRG, NIST, RMF).\n\nExperience creating cloud-based Infrastructure solutions to support business critical applications while meeting federal compliance standards.\n\nNice to Haves:\nA security clearance.\n\nSoftware Engineering background.\n\nExperience integrating with classified systems and classified data.\n\nExperience getting software accredited to operate on SIPR, JWICS, or similar networks.\n\nYou thrive on:\nTaking ownership and navigating shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.\n\nMoving seamlessly between high-level architecture and hands-on implementation.\n\nSolving the hard problems of modernizing legacy government systems and enabling secure, mission-critical communication.\n\nBeyond technical skill, we’re looking for someone who wants to take on a ton of responsibility, is comfortable with shifting priorities, and moving fluidly between high-level architecture and hands-on implementation.
