The ultimate aim is to help more people discover high-quality hotels, creating value for guests and our hotel partners.\nThe Difference You Will Make:\nWe’re looking for an experienced Connectivity Partner Manager to own the health and growth of our network of connectivity providers, including channel managers, property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS) and other integration partners. You’ll join the Global Hotels Connectivity team, which owns Airbnb’s global relationships with hotel connectivity providers. Using data, automation, and scaled programs, you’ll keep your portfolio integrated and compliant, improving connection quality and operations in close partnership with internal stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate is a technical expert with strong project management experience, analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills.\nA Typical Day: \nOwn end-to-end connection performance across a network of connectivity partners, delivering day-to-day support through scaled programs.\nBuild deep knowledge of technical integrations across PMS, CRS and Channel Managers, to provide targeted partner support.\nUse data to identify strategic opportunities and drive growth.\nOwn scaled communications to all partners on feature updates, mandatory API changes, and deprecations, with clear timelines and next steps.\nEducate partners on product updates and share partner feedback with internal stakeholders.\nTroubleshoot partner technical issues to ensure performance.\nDevelop and maintain technical partner resources that support field teams to self-serve.\nRepresent Airbnb at external meetings and industry events, engaging with connectivity and hotel partners.\nWork with your team to design and manage projects that support the commercial goals of Airbnb and our hotel and connectivity partners.\nYour Expertise:\n6+ years of experience in a Connectivity Partner Manager or Technical Partner Manager role within a global technology or hospitality tech company.\nStrong understanding of hospitality/travel software; PMS, CRS, Channel Managers.\nProficiency in SQL, Looker and Excel. \nTableau, Asana, Jira and Salesforce experience preferred.\nSolid technical troubleshooting skills and project management experience.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging clients across multiple channels with stakeholders at various levels. \nEffective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage data in decision-making.\nAdaptability to shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines.\nPassion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy-being an Airbnb host is a plus\nYour Location:\nThis position is US - Remote Eligible.
