You will be responsible for working closely with our engineering team to build and deliver improvements to our API platform and tools for developers. You will own the product marketing for how our partners can use our API platform to create high value applications. You will partner with a cross functional team of account managers to scale adoption of our API platform features by existing and new partners. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of travel and leave a lasting impact on how the world explores and connects.\nA Typical Day: \nDevelop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the API platform. \nSynthesize feedback and translate it into product features. \nDevelop a public and developer facing messaging and narrative for the API platform.\nAlign product teams and cross functional partners. \nDevelop partnerships with a focus on supply and demand.\nRole model behaviors that encourage open communication and curiosity.\nMake judgements and prioritization decisions that are in the best interests of our users.\nEfficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.\nYour Expertise:\n8+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience.\n3+ years of product management experience designing and building developer platforms.\nPassionate about improving developer productivity, product quality, and automating/optimizing developer workflows.\nDemonstrated empathy for key developer pain points, and a track record of leadership in building products for developers.\nExperience building strategic relationships with partner executives, senior management and technical staff to achieve business goals. \nExperience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media.\nDemonstrated inbound and subject matter expertise.\nBe able to build compelling customer-focused stories and work with marketing and communications partners to bring them to life. \nDemonstrated track record of product leadership in a cross functional environment. \nEntrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality and leading teams through a dynamic environment.\nA strong ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy/decisions.\nExcited to drive execution across teams in a fast-paced environment.\nEnjoys doing individual contributor product management work and staying in the details.\nStrong ability and desire to travel frequently, including domestic and international.\nYour Location:\nWe are open to candidates in multiple locations, but we ask that you are able to work Pacific Time Zone work hours as needed.\nThis position is US - Remote Eligible.
