Airborne started out making composite parts, and today we also use that hands-on manufacturing know-how to build advanced automation systems that make composites production faster, more reliable and fully digital.\nFrom our base in The Hague, we develop and deliver solutions such as our Kit by Light (KBL) cutting and kitting systems and Automated Ply Placement (APP) technology. Our customers work in aerospace, defence, automotive and renewable energy, and include names like Airbus, GKN Aerospace and Lockheed Martin.\nWe're a team of 40 engineers, builders and problem-solvers who like pushing the boundaries of what's possible in composites manufacturing. That means ambitious projects, international customers and plenty of opportunities for someone who likes to get things done.\nRequirements\nWho you are\nA natural communicator. You're comfortable talking to anyone, from a new colleague to senior leadership. You listen well, explain things clearly, and aren't afraid of a difficult conversation.\n\nA go-getter. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs doing and you do it.\n\nSomeone who finishes what they start. Deadlines mean something to you, and so does your word.\n\nOrganized, but flexible. You like a plan, and you can change it without losing your cool.\n\nA connector. Setbacks don't slow you down for long.\n\nWhat you bring\nExperience coordinating projects, events, teams or initiatives, in any setting (professional, volunteer, student, sports clubs all count).\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.\n\nResiding within commuting distance of The Hague.\n\nWilling to travel internationally now and then to visit customers, partners and project sites.\n\nNice to have (but definitely not required)\nA project management certification such as PRINCE2 or IPMA\n\nFamiliarity with software tools like Jira and Excel.\n\nKnowledge of Industrial Automation.\n\nDon't tick every box?
