Application Operations and Integration Support\nSupport and manage integration platforms, interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms \nMonitor system performance and availability affecting integrations \nAssist in maintaining integration configurations and operational settings \nEnsure integration services remain accessible and usable \nSupport routine operational activities required to maintain integration availability \n4. Integration & Data Exchange System Coverage\nCoordinate and support integration and data exchange capabilities including but not limited to:\nMiddleware and Messaging Platforms - supporting system-to-system communication, message queues, and event-driven integration \nAPI and Interface Services - supporting API-based integrations and system connectivity across platforms \nData Exchange Mechanisms - supporting batch and real-time data transfer between internal and external systems \nIntegration with External Platforms - supporting connectivity with third-party systems, partners, and service providers \nEnsure integration capabilities are stable, secure, and capable of supporting reliable data exchange across systems.\n5. Business Requirements and Change Support\nSupport the gathering and documentation of integration requirements \nAssist in translating requirements into integration configurations or enhancements \nParticipate in discussions and working sessions with stakeholders \nEnsure requirements are clearly captured and communicated \n6. System Changes, Testing, and Implementation Support\nSupport testing activities including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing \nEnsure integration scenarios and data flows are adequately reflected in test cases \nTrack and follow up on issues identified during testing \nSupport preparation for deployment of integration changes \nAssist in rollout of integration solutions into production environments \n7. Incident Investigation and Resolution\nInvestigate incidents affecting integrations and data exchange processes \nAnalyse system behaviour and data flow to identify potential causes of issues \nCoordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve incidents \nSupport prioritisation of issues based on system and operational impact \nProvide updates to stakeholders on issue status \n8. Continuous Improvement and Integration Support\nIdentify recurring issues and inefficiencies in integrations and data exchange processes \nSupport initiatives to improve system connectivity, performance, and data reliability \nContribute to enhancements that improve integration scalability and effectiveness \nSupport initiatives related to API adoption, real-time integration, and data platform integration \n9. Governance, Compliance, and Control\nSupport adherence to internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements \nEnsure integration usage aligns with approved processes and controls \nSupport documentation and audit requirements for integration systems \nEnsure proper handling of system changes and data exchange processes \n10. Vendor Coordination and Support\nCoordinate with vendors supporting integration platforms and middleware solutions \nSupport issue resolution and follow-up with vendors \nAssist in ensuring vendor deliverables meet integration requirements \nTrack vendor responses and ensure timely closure\n11. Documentation and Knowledge Management\nMaintain documentation for integration configurations, interfaces, and data flows \nEnsure documentation is updated and reflects current system behaviour \nSupport creation of reference materials and guides \nContribute to knowledge sharing within the team \n12.
