Where goods move as freely as information moves today.\nThis is possible. Today the cost of moving on a scooter is ₹2/km. That’s the cost of moving a 150kg mass from point A to B. We’re bringing that mass down to less than 5kgs, concurrently bringing the cost down to 10 paise/km. This is how we make deliveries a reality. This is how we create a world where we’re doing billions of deliveries per day.\nThe tech is not there. The current cost of drone delivery is ₹100/km. We need to completely redefine the way things are done here. We’re building the world’s most efficient aircraft from the ground-up, and scaling that up to beyond anything the aerospace sector has ever seen. This cannot be an iterative process. We have to tear down all conventions and build everything up from scratch.\nTo do this, we need nothing less than the best engineers. The ones who care about building something fundamentally different, who are deeply curious about understanding the fundamentals of everything they’re working on, who are dreamers that believe in the impossible.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCore Flight Operations\nSwap drone batteries throughout the day following standard procedures.\n\nInstall, secure, and verify payloads (1-5 kg).\n\nConduct basic pre-flight checks and ensure the aircraft is ready for launch.\n\nMonitor readiness of batteries, payloads, and equipment and report any issues immediately.\n\nField Setup & Equipment Handling\nSet up and dismantle tents, tables, and basic field infrastructure.\n\nMove and organize inventory, payloads, and on-site equipment.\n\nKeep the field site clean, organized, and operationally efficient.\n\nAssist with loading/unloading equipment during deployments.\n\nGeneral Operational Support\nRun basic errands for operations (supplies, food/water for team, small field needs).\n\nTransport payloads or goods for last-mile delivery when required.\n\nFollow checklists carefully and maintain accurate logs.\n\nSafety & Protocol\nFollow Airbound operating procedures without skipping steps.\n\nMaintain awareness of on-field risks and escalate concerns early.\n\nHandle equipment safely and systematically.\n\nWho You Are\nDisciplined, punctual, and consistent in following procedures.\n\nComfortable with manual/physical tasks and working outdoors.\n\nPractical, alert, and able to handle on-field challenges.\n\nWilling to learn and committed to supporting reliable flight operations.\n\nCommunicates clearly and works well with the team.\n\nQualifications\nPrior experience in field operations, logistics, warehouse support, or similar roles is helpful but not mandatory.\n\nComfortable lifting and handling 1-5 kg payloads regularly.\n\nAble to work outdoors for extended periods.\n\nNo driver’s license required.\n\nBasic technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus.\n\nStipend: INR 18,000 - 22,000 per month + Health Insurance + Transport Stipend\nMinimum 10th/12th pass preferred; this is a strictly hands-on field role and is not suitable for degree holders seeking desk work. The role is not for UAV pilots. This position is focused on ground operations and does not lead to pilot-track roles.\nFemale Only\nPlease apply only if you are comfortable working from Hoskote, Bangalore\nWhat We Offer\nComprehensive health insurance to keep you and your loved ones covered\n\nRelocation assistance and a daily travel stipend to ease your commute\n\nAdvanced salary credit to support you when you need it\n\n“A driven, passionate team where you’ll have room to grow and thrive - this is more than just a job, it’s a rare opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up”\nWork Schedule:\nIn-office role, working alternate Saturdays.\n\nReady to take off?\nScam Notice: Beware of impersonators collecting fees for interviews & jobs at Airbound (Opendrone Private Limited) Please do not make any payments and report any such incidents to us at .","description_format":"text","description_chars":3934,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Health insurance","Relocation assistance"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":true,"industries":["Drones & UAVs","Delivery"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-11T12:21:32Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":6,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.218,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":164,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-11-03T05:54:40Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":2784,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/airbound-field-operations-assistant-drone-support-all-india","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/airbound-field-operations-assistant-drone-support-all-india.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-03T15:43:53Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":21935,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-04T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":669509},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=669509"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fairbound-field-operations-assistant-drone-support-all-india"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fairbound-field-operations-assistant-drone-support-all-india"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fairbound-field-operations-assistant-drone-support-all-india"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/airbound-field-operations-assistant-drone-support-all-india\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fairbound-field-operations-assistant-drone-support-all-india"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":739730}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"airbound.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":739730},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
