Start date - October 2027
This position is based in Kraków, Poland within our newly created Commercial Aircraft Engineering Center. The target start date is October 1st, 2027.

What you will be doing
You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be an Aeronautical Propulsion Specialist and can expect to be involved in the following:
Prepare the Future by developing tomorrow’s sustainable Propulsion technologies
Enrich your technical competences on Aircraft Propulsion complex products
Help solving technical issues from Production teams and Airlines operating around the world
Develop your stakeholder management skills interfacing with worldwide Engine & Nacelle manufacturers
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotation on a different mission.
At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as an AGGP2027 - Aeronautical Propulsion Specialist.
What we look for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:
A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study (master in aeronautical or mechanical engineering)
Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of aeronautics or mechanical engineering
Deep technical interest for propulsion; interested in assuming a technical leadership role in the future
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
Critical thinking and not afraid of speaking-up / make improvement suggestions
Bring emotional intelligence / humility
The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
