To support this Program transformation, and prepare us for the Digital future we need an ARP AI Solutions Specialist for the LACE (Lean Agile Center of Excellence) team.\nHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM\nPromote a culture of AI Adoption within the ARP organisation with best practice and toolset usage.\nSupport / Coach the ARP program colleagues in Gemini / Gemini Enterprise and agentic tools.\nBeing part of and supporting the LACE to lead our ARP transformation. \nContinuous assessment and streamlining of AI Use cases for ARP.\nFacilitation and support of AI events inline with our ARP strategy.\nLead the ARP Gen AI pod approach and development of solutions.\nABOUT YOU\nHas a degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production/Logistics or similar.\nExperience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defense).\nUnderstanding of SAP and its modules (MM, PP, SD) and E2E operational processes.\nProven experience prototyping with AI tools, including innovative solutions. \nTransformation and Change Management expertise in an AI context.\nStrong Product Development and Project Management experience.\nFluent in English, German and/or French preferred.\nWillingness to travel, approximately 20% of the time.\nNot a 100% match?
