Une offre de stage vient de s'ouvrir sur notre site ATR à St Martin\nEn 2026, ATR est labellisée Happy Trainees. 94.3% des étudiants recommandent notre entreprise à l’issue de leur alternance ou de leur stage.\nCe que nous allons faire ensemble :\nÊtre stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention.\nContexte du service :\nLes tensions accrues sur la chaine d’approvisionnement dans l’aéronautique ainsi que les exigences de plus en plus poussées de nos clients sont des enjeux forts pour ATR notamment dans le pilotage de ses partenaires.\nLes spécificités de chaque partenaire (Airbus, Leonardo) ainsi que leurs fournisseurs impliquent des organisation complexes pour ATR qui nécessitent aujourd’hui d’être standardisées, mutualisées et simplifiées, chacune avec leurs méthodes de travail, leurs process.\nDescriptif des missions proposées :\nL’ objectif est d’aider le responsable de la commodité Supply Aerostructure à pérenniser son service à travers les missions suivantes\nInstruire le document “opérating model” du service afin de donner la vision en cohérence avec les objectifs d’ATR. \nHarmoniser les réseaux et les modes opératoires de chaques supply officer. \nHarmoniser les reportings & la com’ \nFormaliser les processus et les pratiques au sein de la Supply Chain via la documentation officielle d’ATR et contribuer à la montée des compétences des équipes via la définition de nouvelle documentation adaptée. \nContribuer à la poursuite de la digitalisation des outils d'analyses et de surveillance de la Supply Chain (Ontime Delivery, Suivi des manquants, Analyse du carnet de commande et des prévisions d’achat). \nCe stage est fait pour vous :\nVous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en école d’ingénieur ou université avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain, Logistique ou Génie Industriel. \nVous avez des connaissances en gestion de Projet \nVous maîtrisez Excel (TCD, formules avancées), Power BI est un plus. \nVous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome, curieux(se) et avez un bon esprit d’analyse. \nVous avez un bon relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe. \nVous parlez anglais couramment (niveau B2 minimum requis). \nCalendrier\nDémarrage : Février 2027\nDurée 6 mois\nComment se passe le processus de recrutement ?\nLe processus de recrutement se passe en deux étapes après la réception de votre candidature :\nAnalyse des CV \nEntretien technique Manager : Le responsable du stage vous contactera pour un entretien de recrutement \n------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nWant to join the ATR adventure?
