There will also be a creative audiovisual content part to this mission, including assets production/post-production and project management of Audiovisual assets deliverables.\nYour role will reinforce an audiovisual end-to-end management process through effective research & distribution of audiovisual products, with the aim of enhancing and protecting the Airbus Brand.\nThis mission covers:\nMultimedia librarian managementResearch, Select\nEnsure that the material provided matches the targeted audiences expectations for the 3 Businesses (internal & external)\nReference, Index, Enhance and disseminate information, Transfer & deliver multimedia data via online tool\n\nImage & video production and post productionRetouch photos, integrate copyrights\nCut some footage, video and edit new format for AV team or suppliers to integrate in a final video\nVideo production and post-production skills\n\nLibrary managementParticipate and contribute to adaptation and / or improvements of the tool if needed (find easily the right image at the right time)\nAudit regularly the database to improve the usage and reduce carbon footprint\nWeekly reportings to the team\nApply the policy of Image rights and legal aspects management, and coordinate any commercial usage of images.\nWrite specification to implement / improve the functional ways of working to have an efficient multimedia documentary system\nAct as a point of contact for questions/direct to Business Focal point when necessary\n\nIn addition, you will contribute to the Centre of Competence of the Communication platform on audiovisual content topics:\nSupport researches and advise Users on updates of the platform and its new functionalities (Build / Update a process documentation on technical topics / organise virtual trainings / How to find the right image at the right time)\nGive advice on the MAM/DAM processes and new tool selection\nAct as Coach to the teams & suppliers during the implementation phase\nRequirements - our ideal candidate will have:\nLibrarian expertise (ability to order items by date, name or alphabetical, information gathering, write specification)\nAudiovisual experience (images, photos, videos, infographics)\nAbility to think analytically and to develop new or revised systems, procedures, and workflow\nExperience with IT tools Google Environment (slides, Sheet, Doc, etc.)\nExperience with Adobe Suite After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator\nStructured way of working with resilience and proactiveness \nEffective Communication and Project Management skills\nCustomer oriented\nMulticultural experience\nTeamplayer with innovative thinking\nLanguages: English fluent\nYour application:\nAirbus offers a wide variety of competitive benefits and development opportunities.
