On top of this platform there are complex reporting solutions of SAP for which SAP Analytics Cloud technology will be used. This is needed for our Reporting Transformation strategy. In parallel we have set up an integrated Planning solution in IBM Planning Analytics which allows for actuals to be compared against corporate targets and forecasts.\n The team leader and the team will be responsible for the following:\nCollect requests through the ticketing system (SNOW)\n\nUnderstand issues, prioritize and manage the resolution accordingly\n\nConnect with Airbus experts and development teams on solutions for each case\n\nIdentify interface issues between various SAP & non-SAP systems (e.g IBM Planning Analytics, Planisware, Workday etc) and resolve them with the corresponding experts\n\nAnalyze, answer and prioritize the end-user issues and change requests\n\nDesign solutions for the change requests\n\nCustomize, test and deliver solutions\n\nParticipate in integration test phases\n\n 2) Team Management Responsibilities\nIt is also part of the mission supporting the Airbus GBS team on HR and office topics, aligned with the different Functional Managers expectations and Airbus GBS strategy. The jobholder will be required to provide guidance to the team members ensuring they have the right tools, system access, provide services with high quality, have a balanced workload and respect Airbus values.\nThe key responsibilities are:\nManagement different dimensions of the team (performance assessment, compensation, competencies assessment, development, training and career path design) in alignment with GBS Manager.\n\nActive contribution to the team strategy.\n\nBe able to identify, propose and implement solutions for improvement in each domain that is part of the team.\n\nEnsure strict compliance with GBS and HR policies and procedures.\n\nSupport the AGBS recruitment and onboarding newcomers.\n\nShare and cascade central information to the local team.\n\nManage and balance the team workload\n\nUpdate relevant operational documentation (e.g. SOPs,….)\n\nEnsure team deliverables quality\n\nBe able to identify, propose and implement solutions for improvement.\n\nCreate a wellbeing working atmosphere and act in respect with Airbus values.\n\nSupport the CoP reporting to the Functional Managers (clients)\n\nActing as a primary Technical referee for local team and to be the focal point for the Functional Managers\n\n Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:\nDegree in Finance, Accounting, or in other similar areas (preferable)\n\nMore than 5 years of relevant professional experience\n\nGood understanding of business processes in the Finance area (Operational Planning, Monthly Reporting, Internal Corporate Reporting)\n\nUnderstanding the importance of Master Data alignment, activity sequencing and process organization.\n\nAwareness and sensitivity to other cultures and ability to effectively work with colleagues in other countries and regions.
