Identify business process inefficiencies and areas for automation.\n\nPlatform Configuration (Hands-on):Directly configuredocument templates, dynamic data fields, workflow logic, and system integrations within our proprietary platform. Rapidly learn and master new internal tools and technologies with provided training.\n\nStakeholder Management:Serve as the primary liaisonbetween business stakeholders and technical development teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nExecution & Quality Assurance:Partner with development teams to refine and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria. Develop and execute test plans, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure deployed solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.\n\nDocumentation & Training:Create and maintain comprehensive artifacts, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct effective training for end-users on platform functionalities and new processes.\n\nContinuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities to optimize current document management processes and enhance overall platform utilization and data governance.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Skills:\nExperience:6+ yearsof experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a similar role, with a strong focus on document lifecycle management, business process automation, or enterprise data management.\n\nPlatform Mastery:Proven ability to quickly learn and masternew proprietary internal tools and systems is essential.\n\nDomain Knowledge:Strong understanding of the document lifecycle, dynamic data integration, digital signatures, regulatory compliance, and automated archiving.\n\nTechnical Acumen:Foundational understanding of database concepts and API interactionsnecessary for data exposition and platform integration.\n\nAnalysis & Elicitation:Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows).\n\nLeadership & Communication:Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
