Facilitates and collaborates with domains to ensure business/end- users expectations and needs are met.\nThe Business Relationship Manager will act on Malaysia and also supporting smaller entities like Thailand and Vietnam.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsures and secures strategic vision alignment between Digital and IM and Airbus\n\nRepresents Digital and IM and promotes its vision, value, services, and capabilities\n\nEstablish and nurture close and productive relationships with Peers and Business leaders to create a well balanced, transparent, prioritized backlog of both transformational and business continuity objectives\n\nHandles and facilitates escalations\n\nReport and communicate on Digital and IMs performance to the business\n\nUpkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.\n\nCarry out any other task as directed by the superior\n\nActs as Proximity Manager for co-located team members\nSupport the transnational manager to ensure local accountability\n\nLocal focal point for any local issues for employees with remote manager\n\nProvide feedback to trans-national manager on local engagement, behaviors &\n\nmotivation\n\nSupport transnational manager to ensure output is aligned with expectations\n\nEnsure wellbeing of staff\n\nEnsure the cascading of information\n\nEase the coordination of local HR processes\n\nAct as coach/mentor and support career development\n\nBe informed of staff whereabouts (leave, holidays, smart working etc.)\n\nActs as Lead for SRM of Thailand / Vietnam.\nSupport and coach the Thailand / Vietnam SRM in his activities of local BRM (support strategic vision, budget management, OP and portfolio management\n\nChannel the escalation / strategic / operational topics to Leadership team\n\nWhen no SRM exists locally, will act as Interim\n\nThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.\nCompany:\nAirbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN.
