Pack and manifest outbound gauges using Gauge Suite-generated packing slips, verify incoming inventory against vendor documents, and route passing tools to their respective area owners.\nVendor Logistics: Execute the primary weekly calibration cycle every Wednesday. Manage price quote acquisition, input Service Tracking System (STS) actions for Purchase Order (PO) creation, and handle final logistics/shipping forms.\nNDI Compliance Integration: Ensure all Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) gauges are accompanied by completed Calibration Requirements Forms when requesting vendor quotes.\nDatabase Management: Keep software records up to date with precise tool ownership transfers, physical storage changes, and descriptive lifecycle notes.\nRegulatory Compliance Readiness: Ensure all certification records are preserved for audit pathways; serve as a primary support resource for extracting history lineages during annual internal and external facility quality audits.\nThe Company will provide appropriate assistance in job training to enable employees to perform all necessary job functions including the following:\nObtain and deliver material and equipment necessary to support plant maintenance and repair.\nWork from diagrams, prints, specifications or verbal orders.\nUse hand tools, powered tools and shop equipment.\nPerform disassembly and assembling operations necessary to accomplish assignment.\nEnter and retrieve data from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and order parts required to accomplish the tasks (except as relates to inventory, store, record, issue and any other duties related to material support technician.)\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nOther duties as assigned.\nYour Boarding Pass:\nExperience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in tool shop management, tracking databases, inventory logistics, calibration coordination, or quality control inside a production facility.\nTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency utilizing specialized inventory databases (such as Gauge Suite) and intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
