Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche conseiller.ère en rémunération globale pour rejoindre notre équipe de rémunération globale basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous jouerez un rôle conseil stratégique et opérationnel auprès des équipes RH

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe chargée de concevoir, déployer et administrer les programmes de rémunération directe et indirecte, de réaliser les analyses de marché et d'assurer l'équité interne et la compétitivité externe du programme A220.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que conseiller.ère en rémunération globale sera de piloter les cycles annuels de révision salariale, de réaliser les évaluations de postes et d'agir à titre d'expert-conseil auprès des partenaires d'affaires RH (PARH) pour toutes les questions de rémunération.

Vos défis:

  • Conseil stratégique RH : Agir à titre d'expert-conseil auprès des partenaires d'affaires RH (PARH) et des gestionnaires pour toutes les décisions de rémunération globale.
  • Gestion et optimisation des avantages sociaux : Participer au pilotage des régimes d'assurances collectives, de retraite et de mieux-être, analyser les tendances du marché des avantages sociaux et évaluer le rendement des fournisseurs.
  • Évaluation et classification de postes : Réaliser la pesée et la classification des postes selon les méthodologies internes d'Airbus et assurer le benchmarking externe auprès des enquêtes de marché.
  • Gestion des cycles annuels : Coordonner et déployer la revue annuelle des salaires, le processus d'attribution des bonis (STI) ainsi que les campagnes de renouvellement des avantages sociaux pour le périmètre du programme A220.
  • Analyse de marché et équité interne : Conduire des études comparatives complètes (rémunération directe et avantages sociaux), analyser les tendances du marché aérospatial et veiller à la conformité aux lois sur l'équité salariale.
  • Gouvernance et conformité : Veiller au respect des politiques de rémunération globale, assurer la conformité réglementaire des régimes d'avantages sociaux.

Votre profil:

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, gestion des opérations, administration des affaires, actuariat ou dans une discipline connexe.
  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en rémunération globale, idéalement au sein d'une grande entreprise ou d'un cabinet de conseil spécialisé.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies d'évaluation de postes et des enquêtes de marché (expérience avec la méthodologie Mercer constitue un atout majeur).
  • Forte aisance décisionnelle et capacité démontrée à conseiller et influencer les gestionnaires et les équipes RH.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel (formules avancées, modélisation, tables croisées dynamiques) et aisance avec les systèmes SIRH (Workday un atout).
  • Esprit analytique développé, rigueur et capacité à traduire des données complexes en recommandations claires.
  • Bilinguisme fonctionnel (français et anglais), à l'oral comme à l'écrit. En raison du secteur d’activité (aéronautique), de multiples contacts avec des entités Airbus situées dans le monde entier, et d’interactions avec les fournisseurs également situés dans le monde entier, la connaissance de l’anglais fonctionnel est demandée dans ce poste.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for Total Rewards Advisor to join our Total Rewards team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will play a strategic and operational advisory role for HR teams.

You will be part of a team responsible for designing, deploying, and administering direct and indirect compensation programs, conducting market analyses, and ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness for the A220 program.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Total Rewards Advisor will be to lead annual compensation review cycles, perform job evaluations, and serve as a subject matter expert for HR Business Partners (HRBP) on all compensation matters.

Your challenges:

  • Strategic HR Advisory: Act as the Total Rewards subject matter expert for HRBPs and hiring managers regarding overall compensation and benefits decisions (job offers, promotions, equity adjustments, and retention).
  • Benefits Management & Optimization: Support the oversight and administration of group insurance, pension, and well-being programs, analyze market trends in employee benefits, and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Job Evaluation & Classification: Perform job grading and positioning (Grades/Bands) according to Airbus internal frameworks and market benchmarking surveys (Mercer MBD).
  • Annual Cycles Management: Coordinate and execute the annual salary review process (Merit Increase), bonus allocations (STI), and annual benefits enrollment campaigns for the A220 perimeter.
  • Market Intelligence & Internal Equity: Conduct comprehensive compensation and benefits benchmarking studies, analyze aerospace market trends, and ensure compliance with legal pay equity standards.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate total rewards policies, regulatory compliance for benefit plans,

Your boarding pass:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant total rewards/compensation experience, ideally within a large corporate organization or specialized consulting firm.
  • Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies and market surveys (experience with Mercer methodology is a strong asset).
  • Strong advisory mindset with proven ability to influence and guide business managers and HR partners.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (advanced formulas, modeling, pivot tables) and proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday an asset).
  • Strong analytical acumen, high rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Functional bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written. Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers also located across the globe, functional English is required for this position.
