Customer Manager
Job Description:
Your main mission will be to support and contribute to the delivery of robust and reliable solutions meeting customers expectations and enhance collaboration with our customers.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Act as the focal point for scheduled maintenance engineering support and services
Understand and communicate internally Customer needs for all Maintenance Engineering Services and Retrofit Solutions - Service Bulletins
Facilitate technical discussion with the customer
Listen and help customers maintain fleets efficiently in safe and airworthy conditions.
Communicate Customer interests / feedback to the service team
Be closer to customer and address operational needs
Support Parking & Storage and Return To Service team in their daily activities
CUSTOMER SERVICES
Manage a portfolio of customers for the delivery of Maintenance Engineering services on cost, on time & on quality;
Perform airline on-site assistance for maintenance programme, planning evaluation and other services;
Recurrent review with the customer to address Maintenance Engineering Services and Retrofit topics (support & service)
Lecturer at the schedule maintenance seminar
Ensure Maintenance Engineering Services contracts fulfillment
Improve Customer satisfaction and ensure active follow up of each customer by various communication means (teleconferences, webex, emails and meetings).
Ensure that airlines maintenance programmes/planning deliverables are produced and delivered in accordance with customer's expectations;
