our ideal candidate will have\nTechnical skills:\nEssential:\nAdvanced experience in Python Classes/Objects with knowledge on GPU-based parallel and GPU-accelerated computing. \nMastering Machine/Deep Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs).\nDevOps tools including Github and PyTest.\nVisualization tools including Spotfire and QlikSense.\nBasic integration with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) for standard NLP tasks and automation\nDesirable:\nExperience with HR Reporting Systems (Workday, PRISM, SAP BI)\nSoft skills:\nEssential:\nAbility to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.\nStructured, self-organized and collaborative way of working.\nStrong communication towards diverse audiences (incl. senior management) and strong networking skills.\nHands-on, pragmatic approach to building digital products (hacker / entrepreneurial mindset).\nCreativity and aptitude for problem solving.\nInnovation leadership: deploy appropriate innovation methods, techniques and tools to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase.\nCustomer oriented mindset, ability to provide user-centric solutions.\nGood level of spoken and written English.\nAbility to present model results, trade-offs and technical limitations to Product Managers and non-technical stakeholders\nDesirable:\nKnowledge of HR business basics and GDPR would be a plus.\nExperience:\n1 to 3 years of experience in Data Science\nBenefits -
