In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train.\nYou will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the world’s leading helicopter manufacturer.\nYour challenges:\nGuide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people.\n\nEnsure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.\n\nProtect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.\n\nMonitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.\n\nYour profile:\nMin. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.\n\nTechnical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.\n\nHands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.\n\nBackground or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.\n\nAdvanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.\n\nWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?\nAt Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
