This activity is\naccomplished for internal Airbus stakeholders.\nModification projects: Management of modification projects within maintenance\nactivities. This activity is accomplished either for internal Airbus stakeholder or\ncustomers.\nYour main tasks and responsibilities will include:\nA. Project management\n- Defining the industrial feasibility (cost, lead-time, risk) of the project during the acquisition\nphase. Establishing the project overall integrated planning from aircraft recovery preparation or\naircraft damage assessment up to delivery back to the Customer in compliance with the\ncontractual requirements, industrial capabilities and Airbus policies,\n- Throughout each project, continually anticipate and highlight potential issues. Develop in real\ntime any mitigation/recovery plan accordingly,\n- Motivate cross-functional teams to find solutions and complete the tasks in the time frame and\nin the agreed budget. Federating both the internal and external (service providers) teams around\nthe projects.\nB. Profitability and cost management\n- Establishing all the Business Control Sheet (BCS) parameters for the industrial part of the\nproject taking into account the Customers’ requirements,\n- Ensuring project objectives with respect to time, cost and quality are achieved. Monitor and\nensure real-time tracking of project costs and margin, as applicable. Maintaining a full control of\ndeal profitability to comply with Airbus financial objectives.\nC. Risk management\n- Ensuring that all potential risks within the project are identified before contract signature and\npro­ active/corrective actions are implemented in due time,\n- Presenting significant and politically sensitive projects to the upper management for final\napproval,\n- Managing the technical/financial risk related to the designated in-service aircraft/operators on\nwhich Airbus has a financial exposure.\nD. Contract management\n- Preparing and managing the content and issue the contractual agreements for chargeable\nservices (Major repairs, a/c modifications),\n- Ensuring AIRBUS commitments are consistent with the Make or Buy strategy.\nE.
