If you are looking for new project management challenges and being part of a team that makes project execution dynamic and exciting, this is your opportunity.\nAs part of our team, you will be in charge among many other things of:\nAnalyzing and integrating schedules, budgets, resources, and quality metrics.\nScheduling and planning programs/projects, including task distribution.\nManaging project risks and opportunities.\nSupervising, controlling, and reporting on performance (milestone tracking) and phase reviews.\nControlling contractual data configuration and managing changes.\nManaging the implementation of new project management tools and processes.\nCollaborating closely with other PMOs in an international environment.\nRequired skills\nWe will highly appreciate the following skills and experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.\nTeam working skills, empathy, and a proactive, eager-to-work mindset.\nAt least 2 to 3 years of experience in a PMO role (PMP certification is welcome but not strictly required).\nExperience with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.\nFamiliarity with planning tools such as UPI and Forge IPT will be a plus.\nC1 level of English.
