Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Administração no Centro de Treinamento

Localização: Itajubá / MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

• Prestar suporte administrativo nas rotinas diárias da equipe do Centro de Treinamento.

• Realizar o atendimento aos clientes, garantindo uma comunicação ágil e eficiente.

• Acompanhar e organizar a abertura de processos, logística de viagens e cronogramas de treinamento.

• Gerar requisições de compra e registrar a entrada de materiais e serviços nos sistemas internos.

• Estruturar planilhas de controle e dar suporte no monitoramento dos indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da área.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração;

• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;

• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position: Administration Intern - Training Center

Location: Itajubá, MG

Format: In-person

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the Training Center team's daily operations.

• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.

• Manage and organize process initiation, travel logistics, and training schedules.

• Generate purchase requisitions and log the receipt of materials and services in internal systems.

• Create tracking spreadsheets and assist in monitoring the department's performance indicators (KPIs).

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration;

• Availability for an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;

• Internal candidates: please adhere to the "Golden Rule" policy.
