The team is responsible for the development of parts and assemblies for the installation of external Outboard Equipment and the Fuel System. It supports the complete Airbus Helicopters product range, including commercial and governmental helicopters, as well as research demonstrators, throughout the complete helicopter life cycle (design, prototype and serial production, in-service support). The outboard equipment installation is done for the full scope of helicopter missions, including public transport, public services, emergency medical services, police and parapublic missions, Search and Rescue, military and VIP transport.\nThe department is transnationally organized with team members in Marignane and Donauwörth. Team members work in modern agile project teams together with members of Airframe Design, Vehicle Systems, Electrical System and Stress departments, among others.\nYour location\nAt our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.
