You will join the Analysis team of the Rotors and Suspension Engineering department and integrate the group dedicated to support activities of Rotors and Suspension for the for the whole Airbus Helicopters fleet.\nYou will work directly on the critical parts of the rotors in a high-tech environment, over the life cycle of the products.\nThis position will allow you to perform technical studies until their completion, including ground test and flight test follow-up when necessary.\nThis position is open only on a local contract and will require a security clearance or be eligible for it by the competent authorities.\nTasks & accountabilities\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nTo size and substantiate helicopters rotor and suspension parts in static and fatigue thanks to different methodologies (analytical, simulation, FEM, tests) in order to ensure the correct safety margins and service lives of these parts thru different development or in service sustaining phases.\nTo prepare, support and analyze ground and/or flight tests required for the substantiation of the parts and the loads assessment in collaboration with the lab test and flight crew department.\nTo sustain the whole In Service activity of our helicopters by providing the relevant support and analysis for all modification projects requested by our customers, for mechanical parts delivery from production and for incidents that could occurred on helicopters\nTo prepare detailed data and documents to be provided to the internal/external customers and authorities to guarantee the objectives of safety, performance, manufacturing, structural integrity, maintainability and costs for new development’s and change projects\nRequired skills:\nYou will have the following skills and experience:\nEducated to 5 years’ degree level (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering.\nAt least 10 years of experience on mechanical part analysis\nFinite element modelling skills (hypermesh, samcef…)\nTeam spirit, autonomous, rigorous\nLanguage Skills: Advanced in French and English\nIf you have a good mechanical sense, if you enjoy technical challenges and if you want to be of dynamic team, you are a good candidate!\nThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.\nCompany:\nAirbus Helicopters SASEmployment Type:\nPermanent-------\nClasse Emploi (France): Classe G13Experience Level:\nProfessionalJob Family:\nStructure & Dynamic Systems Analysis By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
