(ALS), the role holder will direct key operational priorities and oversee activities across primary areas:\nStrategic activities\nDevelop the overarching organizational strategy and formulate actionable implementation plans to operationalize strategic goals on people related matters.\n\nTo lead the whole company’s EHS, make the safety policy and keep all employees healthy.\n\nTo establish a green-eco aircraft recycling usage system in accordance with environmental requirements.\n\nClient activities\nCommunicate with production and other internal customers to clarify the request and provide the right site management service at the right time.\n\nImplement the EHS and Security training to employee and other contractors to keep a good safety and security awareness and promote the self-discipline level.\n\nDeliver qualified Security, FM and EHS service to the site business need.\n\nDeliver the consumption and the dangerous waste amount to the customers and drive the saving activity of the whole site.\n\nOperational activities\n1. Human Resources\nDefine HR procedures and ensure compliance with local legal requirements following policy/legal guidance.\n\nEnsure the company follows the defined HR related campaigns of Airbus in China, including but not limited to performance review, salary review, team review, resource review, etc.\n\nLead the local HR team members to provide HR related service to business, including but not limited to recruitment, training, employee case handling, certification & staffing, employee personnel-file, employee discipline management, HR policy explanation & implementation, payroll management and compensation analysis, etc.\n\nBeing the local Human Resource & Work Place point of contact in liaison with Roof CoE for HR governance, HR policy, Global Mobility Management, etc.\n\nEnsure the payroll of employees are proceeded as per defined timeframe with handling by team members.\n\nEnsure recruitment policy & processes are in line with Airbus roof guidance.\n\nDesign, implement & revise with roof C&B for dedicated salary structure and scheme for employees taking industry reference.\n\nGive advice to businesses on HR related matters and policy.\n\nEstablish compliant local HR practices, direct Airbus China HR initiatives, and lead end-to-end site HR services-including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and learning and development.\n\nPartner with the Roof CoE to advise business leadership and advance broader corporate strategic objectives.\n\n2.Security\nLead site security management to protect assets, employees, facilities, and reputation, ensuring compliance with site security plans.\n\nLead the site security team to protect our activities and valuable assets, such as our employees, information, technological heritage, products, facilities and reputation against hostile acts.\n\nBe responsible for the security of the Chengdu site and its assets including fire-fighting.\n\nDefine and enforce the security policy for people and property.\n\n3.EHS\nImplement the OHS (occupational health safety), and EMS (environment management system) to keep a safe, clean and energy effective production environment.\n\nImplement Airbus EHS policies, directives and procedures and support development of Airbus Company related regulations and be responsible for monitoring environmental regulations and setting-up relevant KPIs.\n\nAssist business to identify applicable EHS legal requirements and potential EHS impacts, hazards and risks.\n\nCooperate with Part-145 Safety & Quality Department, make sure the company meets the legal law requirements and meanwhile ensure the EHS Impacts & risks are well under control.\n\nCommunicate, promote and train to embed health and safety in the business culture and drive a behaviour based Health&Safety culture with systematic adherence to standards.\n\nLead improvement actions in EHS topics and supervise the follow up of accidents.\n\nEnsure the environmental compliance of existing infrastructure and development projects.\n\nLead the management of waste from the sites and in particular those of the group's recycling activity, in accordance with the applicable regulations.\n\n4. Facility Management\nMonitor energy performance and execute approved investment plans.\n\nImplement required facilities and manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and data protection.\n\nPartner with procurement on site management subcontracts and enforce Airbus policies with contractors.\n\nEnsure the regulatory compliance of the facilities and equipment within his/her scope.\n\nIn charge of service supplier mgt including shuttle bus, on-site maintenance, travel service, etc.\n\nCooperate with the procurement department to set up the sub contract to deliver the related site management service.\n\n5. Other activities\nCommunicate and coach the team to develop the skills and keep a good engagement, and maintain a high performance team.\n\nPlan and execute the right training program for the team.\n\nEnsure site regulatory compliance and coordinate with internal teams, sub-contractors, and external authorities(Security, Environment, Fire Brigade, etc.) .\n\nEstablish SMART goals, monitor service KPIs, and perform additional ad-hoc management duties.\n\nExecute additional duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by management.\n\nOther tasks assigned by the manager.\n\nOutputs\nFinancial Outputs\nEnsure timely completion of budget planning processes.\n\nMaintain effective oversight to keep the operational budget healthy and on track.\n\nEnsure a safe, secure, and comfortable workplace while optimizing energy expenditures.\n\nDeliver required entity outputs and results for organizational HR campaigns.\n\nClient related Outputs\nEnsure client requirements are addressed within the designated timeframes.\n\nRealize EHS targets through dedicated site commitment and active support.\n\nMaintain a safe, secure, and conducive operational workspace.\n\nUphold a comfortable working atmosphere while optimizing total energy expenditures.\n\nOperational Outputs\nMake sure to secure a safe operation environment.\n\nFull implementation of the EHS management system.\n\nDeliver a secure condition on site property and production activity.\n\nDeliver a comfortable work environment to guarantee the facilities availability.\n\nOn-boarding of employees adheres to recruitment needs and management of the overall employee cycle including mobility, performance management, transfer, promotion, leaving, etc.\n\nDelivery of HR solutions on request.\n\nQUALIFICATION\nEDUCATION:Bachelor degree or above.\n\nEXPERIENCE:\nMinimum 5 years HR/ Site Service working and leadership experience preferably in the Aviation industry, in MNCs.
