You will be instrumental in supporting our HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Learning, and Compensation & Benefits functions. This role is the perfect chance to be completely embedded in HR in a busy manufacturing environment.\nHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM\nBecome an HR Process Expert: Master essential HR processes and provide support to the entire HR team.\nSupport Change and Deployment: Actively help the team with the deployment of key HR projects and strategic initiatives.\nHR Tools: Support essential transactional activities, ensuring our HR tools operate seamlessly.\nData Analysis: Organize, analyse, and prepare HR data to inform presentations and reviews.\nEnsure Operational Excellence: Coordinate and manage attendance data\nSupport Talent Management Processes: Use your expertise to assist with recruitment campaigns and learning priorities for the site.\nSupport People Strategy: Support HR Business Partners on the annual cycle of People activities, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Talent Management.\nCross Functional Awareness: Support the business by upskilling staff members across the business in new and existing processes.\nABOUT YOU\nIt is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that sufficient detail is provided to demonstrate how they meet essential job criteria, as this alone will be used for vetting purposes.\nEssential\nPrior business administration experience, ideally within an HR environment.\nProficiency in Google-suite, especially Google Sheets, to manage data and generate reporting.\nExperience with Management Systems; Workday, SAP or similar\nPrevious experience dealing with time and attendance in a large multinational business, covering multiple functions and sites.\nExperienced in facilitation of HR awareness sessions with internal business stakeholders.\nExperienced in facilitation of the onboarding process for new staff members.\nDesirable\nA genuine desire to build a career in HR.\nStrong IT/Data analytics skills.\nAn understanding of how HR contributes to the business.\nA high degree of Adaptability and the ability to support multiple HR topics simultaneously.\nA proactive mindset and a proven ability to anticipate needs and deliver innovative solutions.\nStrong communication and team working skills .\nA strong customer-orientation with a responsiveness and solution-driven approach.\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\nClosing date: 30th October 2026\nPlease note that meeting the mandatory criteria listed above guarantees consideration for the role, but does not ensure progression to the interview stage.
