Specifically between Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality.\nSupport quotation of Digital for the new development\nPrepare quotations of the needed BOTs for the new development\nPrepare quotations of updating the processes, methods and training for the new development\nCollaborate in the OP an Operation portfolio to secure Digital capacity for the new development\nSet up the Project cost and planning baseline.\nParticipate in Risk & Opportunities definition and follow up.\nGet budget approval from Programmes and/or DTO and secure booking codes.\nDefine the required team to fulfil planning and secure resources.\nRun project governance (drumbeat meetings, KPIs, escalations, etc.)\nEnsure solution delivery OQ,OT,OC of development and deployment activities.\nMonitor quality of service of deployed solutions.\nScope and job dimensions:\nSpecial dedication to national eyes only program\nThe scope will be all the Air Power Programs (A400M, MRTT, Medium & Light, Aero structures, MRO, transversal activities etc).\nThe dimension will include all Military Aircraft Plants & FALs (CBC, Tablada, Seville, Getafe, Bremen and Manching). \nSpacecraft programs will be out of scope.\n\nMain activities & Deliverables :\nCoordination with Digital, Program and Industrial Architect department for new developments.\nPrepare a list of needed tools and BOT (Business own tools) for new developments.\nPrepare a list of needed processes, methods and trainings to be updated for new developments.\nSupport quotation from Digital for new developments.\nProvide quotations of BOT (Business own tools) for new developments.\nProvide quotations of updating processes, methods and trainings for new developments.\nEnsure Operation portfolio addition and OP to secure Digital resources for the new development.\nFollow up planning, budget, risk and opportunities.\nCoordinate & disseminate information and lessons learnt with other TO departments and areas.\n\nDesired skills and qualifications:\nEducated in an Engineering degree or a related discipline.\n2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering. P&I, Production, Quality and Procurement knowledge is valuable.\nManagement skills regarding planning, resources allocation, financial status and risk & opportunities management.\nKnowledge about PMTD (Process, Methods, Tools and Data) of different programs\nProactivity\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nOrganized & Structured.\nNegotiation skills.\nAdvanced level in English and German.
