We are looking for passionate people, eager to learn, willing to share, establishing innovative ways of working and influencing culture change.\n8+ years of working experience in IT working on Linux environments (RHEL) with development experience.\n\nStrong Linux/RedHat system administrationskills for Installing, managing Scientific Computing applications and Performance Analysis and debugging real time application execution.\n\nHands-on experience with installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of scheduler platforms in Linux environments.\n\nExperience with automation using Bash, and Python\n\nGood understanding of compute resource management (CPU, GPU, memory, storage, licenses), Parallel Processing (MPI), Multithreading and Multiprocessing concepts.\n\nGood understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Management); certification preferred.\n\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex issues.\n\nExperience in stakeholder management and user support, with ability to adapt to evolving business processes.\n\nFamiliarity with OS architecture, System Design, SOLID principles and OOP principles.\n\nProgramming skills in Python, Bash and Perl.\n\nAwareness of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\n\nStrong analytical skills, complex problem solving, ability to diagnose, reproduce & address queries independently.\n\nExperience in stakeholder management and Consumer support, adaptation and learning of the business processes.\n\nExperienced in working within a product delivery lifecycle in software development.\n\nGood understanding of server architecture and Engineering applications.\n\nKnowledge on AI tools (Copilot, Gemini Coding Assistant)for Quality improvement, Automation and Value generation.\n\nUnderstanding and experience in Cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and contributing to building cloud ready solutions.
