Vos idées sont notre énergie.\nDans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à:\nMise à jour & Optimisation : Réviser, documenter et maintenir à jour l'ensemble des processus, procédures et instructions de travail du département d'outillage.\n Audits & Actions correctives : Réaliser les audits de processus internes, identifier les écarts, établir les plans d'actions correctives/préventives (CAPA) et en assurer le suivi rigoureux.\nSupport Transport Canada : Agir comme référence opérationnelle et soutenir le département lors des audits de conformité de Transport Canada (et autres autorités réglementaires applicables).\nGestion du changement : Identifier les goulots d'étranglement et piloter les projets d'amélioration continue pour optimiser les flux de travail.\nVos défis :\nGestion du cycle de vie des outils : Assurer le suivi, l'entretien, la maintenance, le stockage et le renouvellement du parc d'outils et d'équipements;\nPilotage des processus : Définir et faire respecter les procédures d'utilisation de l'outillage, tout en suivant les indicateurs de performance (KPI);\nRésolution de problèmes et support : Intervenir en cas de dysfonctionnement technique, analyser les goulots d'étranglement et proposer des actions correctives (démarche Lean / amélioration continue);\nCoordination transversale : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ateliers de fabrication, la maintenance, la qualité, les méthodes et les fournisseurs externes. \nEn tant que candidat idéal, vous possédez :\nDiplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en Techniques de génie mécanique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente;\nExpérience probante dans un milieu manufacturier réglementé (aéronautique, transport ou secteur industriel de pointe);\nConnaissance approfondie des exigences réglementaires et d'audit (ex.
