In this department there is a great diversity of projects and direct contact with our client (Customer Services and external customers) allowing us to acquire a high level of knowledge of the business area, which helps to achieve greater success by providing IT Solutions.\nIn this frame, the jobholder will be responsible to maintain and evolve the System, making analysis of business requirements and functional design of the solution being involved in all phases of the product development (DevOps mind-set) to keep the Airbus IT landscape running smoothly, reliably, and efficiently.\nTask and main mission - Responsibility\nTranslates the business needs into IT requirements and proactively identify opportunities for business transformation or improvement enabled by technology. Develops a solid understanding of the customer's existing business and business processes ideally end-to-end, the key drivers and measures of success for the business, and the short- and long-term direction of the business and related technologies. Formulates functional and nonfunctional requirements of the business organization and advises on the lifecycle of the information solutions. Evaluates the impact in terms of change management. Collaborates with the IT Product Manager while ensuring that the developed solutions are inline with evolving customer needs\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nConducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.\nIdentify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the Digital strategy \nSupports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements\nProduces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer\nDefines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members\nServes as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.\nDevelop small enhancements for the web applications in the area. \nRequired Skills\nBusiness Plan Development\nDesign of Digital Services\nEco-design of Digital Services\nExport Control Basics\nIT Architecture Design\nIT/Business Change Management\nIT & Business Strategy Alignment\nActivity planning and scheduling\nProduct/Service planning\nUser centricity\nProblem Solving\nGenerative AI Essentials & Prompting\nEngineer (or equivalent graduate) in Informatics, Industrial or Aeronautic.\nYou are familiar with Aeronautics topics and Spares Configuration.\n.NET and Angular web development is a must.\nKnowledge in Digital Capabilities such as Big Data, Analytics, Python is a plus\nYou are known for your good coordination and relational skills, your tenacity, your good presentation skills (both oral and written), and your high adaptability-flexibility.\nYou are able to accept responsibility.\nNegotiation level of Spanish and English is required.\nGood communication skills\nA security clearance is required for this activity or must be issued by the responsible authorities.\nNot a 100% match?
