High level in M&P technical knowledge oriented to Quality and Industrial sustainability.\n* Main Tasks & Responsibilities.\nIndustrial Qualification of processes. Definition, coordination and execution of qualification Plans. Spreading out and implementing process qualification requirements for Airbus DS.\nPerform technical assessments of capabilities and risks from the special processes/manufacturing processes point of view. Evaluate compliance against the requirements. Process and product technical audits.\nCarry out analysis of deviations and anomalies of special processes/manufacturing processes and materials.\nConduct studies for changes in process requirements.\nDefinition and development of procedures and specifications.\nRepresenting M&P-PE department in MFTs and Task Groups for the Projects assigned.\nData and trends analysis.\nProject Management (focused in M&P industrial environment, mainly)\n* Required background.\nMaster's Sciences Degree or Engineering.\nExperience in management of Projects, KPis, and data analysis. Experience in Special Processes/M&P, such as manufacturing of composites, electrical manufacturing processes, chemical processes, surface and protection processes, heat treatment, welding, assemblies, testing of materials, sealants, coatings, paints and Processes Control.\nExperience in laboratory test method.\nKnowledge and experience of methodologies for processes qualification,\nExperience in manufacturing shopfloor enviroments. You know the manufacturing engineering concepts.\nExperience in impact analysis, leading problem-solving activities and risk analysis.\nExperience as auditor and audits or reviews at supplier level.\nExperience in Non conformities resolution and root cause analysis.\nKnowledge and experience on EN9100, Nadcap Program, Quality and Regulations.\n* Basic Skills.\nHigh flexibility, interpersonal skills, ability to find solutions in a context of high pressure.\nA good level of English and Spanish is required for this position. Other languages are also appreciated.\nAvailability for very frequent travelling is required (including out of Europe.
