The role operates across two core axes: leading the monthly finite capacity planning routines alongside manufacturing and program stakeholders, and steering the planning IT ecosystem (APC Jaguar and SAP). In this position, you will drive scenarios, simulate program updates for MCA & Elementary Parts, and provide the decision-making backbone for resources, buffer levels, and delivery priorities across the plant.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nThe main tasks of the jobholder will be:\nEvaluate program and production requirements, analyzing recovery scenarios and plant calendar constraints to propose optimized production plans.\n Lead Master Production Schedule (MPS) routines and stakeholder reviews, challenging delays to secure firm operational commitments.\nDesign and simulate capacity scenarios within assembly lines to absorb program cascades and minimize lead-time disruptions.\nBuild, track, and analyze execution KPIs measuring deliveries and schedule compliance, defining and driving targeted recovery action plans.\n Maintain and calibrate planning models and parameters across core systems (APC Jaguar, SAP, and APC-ARP interface).\nCoordinate logistics alignment and resource availability, actively mitigating supply disruptions to guarantee smooth assembly execution.\nSKILLS\nIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
