Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.\nYour challenges:\nLead the digital transformation of ME Work Preparation by deploying unified platforms (such as MEGA).\nDefine and execute the ME Data Analytics Strategy and data products portfolio for OMMD.\nDrive process automation across ME Work Preparation using RPA, Machine Learning, and AI technologies.\nEnsure full data consistency and compliance with Airbus Export Control regulations using targeted digital tools.\nProvide expert support and lead change management initiatives across plants, FALs, and PSE transnational teams.\nYour boarding pass:\nBackground in Mechanical, IT, or related Engineering fields.\nProven hands-on experience in Airbus ME Work Preparation activities and E2E data flows.\nExperience in project leadership, change management, and Airbus Export Control regulations.\nEssential expertise in Palantir Foundry (Skywise) or programming skills, alongside Artificial Intelligence foundations.\nNegotiation level in English and strong communication skills to work in a transnational environment.
