Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Metrology Technician (f/m) to join our Tooling & Metrology department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team driving calibrated tools and equipment management tracking. As part of the PIOLFOA team, you will be involved in tool verification, setting, and flow management aiming at securing quality compliance and operational readiness across Final Assembly Lines (FAL) and Customer Line according to Airbus standards.

Your challenges:
- Manage the physical and system flows of Metrology-Controlled Equipment (DSM) within the Metrology Hub.
- Handle urgent tool requests for Final Assembly Lines (FAL) within a strict 2-hour window.
- Issue and maintain equipment records, metrology notices, and Work Orders (WO) for calibration and maintenance.
- Perform equipment reception, marking verification, loans, transfers, and lab/maintenance dispatching.
- Act as the direct interface between Metrology Referents (RFM), calibration labs, and shopfloor teams.
Your boarding pass:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in tooling management, industrial logistics, or metrology.
- Proficiency with industrial software solutions: SAP, Service Now, and Google Suite.
- Solid understanding of metrology procedures, calibration cycles, and tooling quality requirements.
- Ability to work in shift schedules (2x9 pattern).
- Operational rigor, strong analytical skills, and proactive teamwork.
