Airbus Helicoptersis looking for a Quality Specialist - MOA Compliance Manager (m/f) to join the Aviation Safety & Quality departmentbased in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:

You will join the EQSC team in charge of Support & Services activities subject to compliance monitoring of Continuing Airworthiness approvals such as Part 145, Part 147, Part ORA, and CAMO approvals in France and in Germany. Your primary objective is to guarantee the regulatory compliance of helicopter and component maintenance across a transversal perimeter.

Your main missions will be:

  • Lead Authority and Customer Audits, including scheduling and answering Corrective Action Requests on time, while performing internal and external audits.

  • Control the MOA approvals renewal process, initiate change dossiers towards Authorities, and lead the transfer of MOA compliance documents to my-CES.

  • Monitor and challenge the robustness of corrective actions based on internal and external findings, and ensure Manuals and Procedures accuracy with regulation requirements.

  • Support business process owners on regulation issues, empower the Certifying staff, and train MOA staff on specific quality topics.

  • Control and Approve Component Capability lists, and contribute to the audit program performed within the AHF MOA scope.

Your profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in MRO and Quality management.

  • In-depth knowledge of EASA PART 145 and EMAR/FR 145 regulations.

  • Auditor qualification.

  • Strong ability to interact with Authorities and customers (presentation, communication, active listening, negotiation) with rigor and a change culture mindset.

  • English: negotiation or fluent.

  • French: native or negotiation.
