define or contribute to the definition of development, succession and retention plans\n\nDemonstrate, encourage and develop Airbus Leadership Model behaviors and ways of working within teams\n\nPromote and live by the Airbus Values\n\nMRO Functions\nEnsures that all maintenance required to be carried out on the line, including line defect rectification, all work on aircraft components, are performed to the required standards;
