They are listed below:\nCore model Central Finance (CFIN)\nCore model Planning & scheduling (IBP)\nCore model Logistics and warehouse (eWM)\nCore model parts distribution\nCore model Maintenance Repair and Overhaul of aircraft\nCore model parts internal repair management\nCore model Make to Stock\nCore model Make to Order\nYour mission\nReporting to the Head of Program New ERP, you will be in charge to define and execute the global roadmap for building and delivering integrated solutions fulfilling the requirements of each core model in terms of Processes, Methods, Tools and Data.\nYou will coordinate activities of the Core Model Project Managers (CMPM) within the Program to ensure that new ERP program is delivering on time (according to the deployment plan), on cost and on quality, while ensuring a strong synchronization between the different core models but also with the initiatives on-going at Airbus group level (Ariba, OneSupplier, AirSupply, MyQA, etc.)\nYour key tasks & your accountabilities\nFully integrated into the New ERP Program and plateau, you will act as the program leader for the delivery of the global and worldwide Airbus Helicopters solution (Process / Methods / Tools and Data)\nIn that function, you will:\nManages the program’s development & deployment strategy and its associated roadmap including the overall IT landscape transformation connected to the New ERP deployment,\nEstablishes and maintains the detailed integrated planning for all activities to be performed in S4/HANA, but also for all dependent projects,\nDefines synchronization milestones for the integrated planning and associated expectations towards all contributing teams (Integrator Representative, AH IM SAP Product Service Line, any other AH Product Service Line, Airbus Group IM…), \nEnsures the complete integrated planning is realistic & reliable,\nEnsures that the contributing organizations have the right level of information to plan their budget and resources according to the planning and the expected level of maturity on activities, \nManages the execution of the planning and escalates as soon as potential deviations could occur.
