Description:\nMission & Duties\nThe duties and responsibilities of the Onboard Safety Critical Senior Software Engineer for the Department of Air Refueling Software will be the following:\n\nTo be in charge of the Software Requirements Specification for the Onboard Safety Critical Computing Platforms developed inside the AR Domain.\nTo be in charge of the Hardware/Software Integration Testing for the Onboard Safety Critical Processing Units developed inside the AR Domain.\nTo be involved in the development of the Software DO-178B/C DAL A/B for the Onboard Processing Units developed under the responsibility of the Air Refueling domain, and to be involved in its verification (testing, reviews and analysis).\nTo share the responsibility of the Software Certification Process of such Software in front of the Certification Authorities in order to demonstrate the compliance with the RTCA DO-178B/C DAL A/B Objectives.\nTo lead R&T and R&D projects to evolve to new technological frameworks in the Safety Critical Airborne Systems development and certification\nSkills\nFor such purposes the following skills are required:\n\nAdvance knowledge in Artificial Intelligence technology\nDemonstrated previous experience in the usage of AI techniques\nKnowledge in Software Certification Processes and Regulation (RTCA DO-178B/C up to DAL A/B).\nAdvanced level of knowledge of C/C++ and Ada95/2012 programming language.\nAdvanced level of knowledge of modelling languages and environments as UML and SysML, Matlab/Simulink and SCADE Suite/Display.\nDemonstrated previous experience in Software Certification Processes applying the RTCA DO-178B/C up to DAL A/B.\nAdvanced level of knowledge on Static Timing Analysis and optimization techniques.\nAdvanced level of knowledge on Design Constraints and optimization techniques.\nKnowledge on Code Static Analysis techniques including such based on abstract interpretation.\nKnowledge on SW Verification Techniques considering Software Hardware/Software Integration and Software Integration Testing, and Formal Review of Software Requirements, Software Architectures and Design, Source Code and Test Cases Definitions and Results.\nKnowledge on Software Structural Coverage Analysis Techniques for DAL A/B.\nKnowledge on Worst-Case Execution Time Analysis techniques\nAdvanced knowledge of Real Time Operating Systems.\nAdvanced knowledge of Partitioning Architectures and ARINC653 Standard.\nKnowledge and demonstrated previous experience in control systems theory.\nKnowledge and demonstrated previous experience in continuous integration environments and SW management tools such as JIRA, GIT/Bitbucket.\nAdditional valuable skills\nAdvanced knowledge of Python and scripting.\nDemonstrated previous experience in AGILE frameworks.\nKnowledge in GPU technologies and GPGPU approaches\nKnowledge in FPGA technologies and integration of AI/CV algorithms into FPGAs.\nKnowledge in current state
