We are a dynamic team who are all passionate about supporting the business and finding new solutions.\nGenerally speaking we aim at:\nAccelerating ideation of activities by enabling strong interaction between different functions/stakeholders.\nManaging performance management in OW perimeter: data crunching, data analytics, KPIs management.\nDeveloping and reinforcing the Performance Management network\nTasks:\nYour main responsibilities will include:\n Coordinating, aligning, standardising, monitoring and supporting OW performance governance: working with central functions (OE) and OWx plants to ensure overall OW performance governance and standardising/harmonising the performance process across OW and in line with central guidelines.\nDriving the transformation to simplify and streamline the performance and operational excellence governance within Operations.\n Delivering an effective and harmonised performance management system across OW, enabling the delivery of yearly KPIs targets and TCOs (e.g. digital control room and dashboard linked to the COO control room with appropriate PDCA cycle).\nContributing to the continuous improvement of the digital Performance Management System for Operations and potentially new developments.\n Maintaining our Performance Management System (basic programming)\n Acting as a digital performance expert and providing training when required (train the trainers approach).\n Ensuring digital transformation: develop awareness, related strategy (training, e-learning, …)\nConsolidating, creating and preparing business dashboards/reports, ensuring data consistency and appropriated KPIs analysis.\nContinuously striving for improvement and new/lean ways of working : managing transformational changes and creating deployment plans for implementation\nSupporting other transversal OW activities when required: resource and competences management, CAPEX, SDOs, R&Ops, preparing inputs to different SteerCos, etc.\nStandardising and harmonising the inventory process across OW and supporting Finance in cascading target setting process across plants\nOrchestrating/animating performance and operational excellence network, sharing best practices, collecting operational feedback and users expectations, supporting operational teams, identifying areas for improvement, using appropriate communication means.\nContributing to benchmarking activities.\nContributing to new transversal projects as contributor\nThis role will involve few travel for business depending on the final location.\nThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.\nSkills:\nWe are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:\nIdeally background in IT and/or science and/or engineering\n10 years experience in business/data analytics - experience with Skywise would be a plus\n Basic Programming Knowledge (JavaScript and/or Python)\n 10 years experience in performance management (from TCOs to KPIs management) and/or in improving business processes with corporate environment\nAOS/OES/Lean expertise would be an asset\nProject management expertise: strong organisational and planning skills within a complex environment and strong stakeholder’s management\nStrong analytical skills, structured, autonomous, fast-learner, proactive, pragmatic mindset and can-do attitude.\nStrong soft and communication skills: clarity, consistency and adaptability.\nAbility to structure a concrete action plan even with a complex environment and various expectations\nAbility to challenge the “status quo”.\nEnglish language at negotiation level, other/s language/s would be an asset.\nBand V (if requirements are met)\nThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.\nCompany:\nAIRBUS SASEmployment Type:\nPermanent-------\nClasse Emploi (France): Classe G14Experience Level:\nProfessionalJob Family:\nImprovement & Performance Management By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
