Joining a multicultural and highly engaged team within Equipment & Systems Procurement, you will develop end-to-end business solutions with a direct impact on Airbus' revenues, costs, and EBIT. You will collaborate with suppliers to accelerate innovations bringing value and differentiation to our customers. You will be part of a multi-functional team (MFT), responsible for aligning with Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering and Customer Services bringing the big picture into your perimeter.\nAs Procurement Manager, your main activities will be the following:\nOrganizeprocurement activities linked to one or several products/packages/suppliers multi-program;\n\nContribute to sourcing activities, manage call for tenders and negotiate contractual framework with suppliers to obtain the best purchasing conditions for Airbus;\n\nManage relationships with suppliers;\n\nMonitor contracts all along their lifecycle (innovation, development, series production and support phases), ensuring strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions\n\nNegotiate amendments and claims with suppliers to secure the best commercial and operational terms for Airbus;\n\nDrive strategic supplier relationships and performance; proactively managing supply chain and commercial risks, and ensuring supplier alignment with Airbus standards;\n\nEnsure cross-functional alignment across key internal stakeholders (Programs, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Quality, Finance, and Legal) and actively contribute to MFTs and R&T initiatives;\n\nParticipate in shaping long-term cockpit system strategies to directly feed Airbus' procurement roadmap for Next Generation Single Aisle program;\n\nParticipate or lead negotiations to frame R&D projects, preparing the competitive ground for future calls for tenders on new technologies or new systems.\n\nWe are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:\nEducated to 5-year degree level in Business, Procurement or Engineering\n\nSignificant experience in Procurement and aeronautical environment, with a proven track record in leading complex, high-stakes negotiation and/or projects\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence multi-functional teams (Engineering, Programs, Supply Chain)\n\nProactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about new technologies and their evolution\n\nLanguages: Fluency in English is mandatory (negotiation level); French is a plus\n\nThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.\nCompany:\nAirbus Operations SASEmployment Type:\nPermanent-------\nClasse Emploi (France): Classe G13Experience Level:\nProfessionalJob Family:\nSourcing, Buying and Ordering By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
