This is a permanent employment opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic team within the framework of Airbus Crisa equipment product development (satellites and launchers) focused on:\n- Shape the future based on innovation of our products, new technologies and way of working\n- State of the art product consolidation\n- Continuous Performance improvement.\nDefinitely, we are moved by our passion to make it fly!\nTasks and responsibilities\nThe PA manager will be responsible for:\nEnsuring the quality function of different electronic processes (conception, integration, programming, tests, etc.)\nHelping the project team which you are part of to succeed\nGuaranteeing that customer needs are met\nDefining and applying the Product Assurance Plan\nEnsuring the quality of develop processes\nThe above-mentioned responsibilities will include the following task:\nEnsuring the quality interface with the customer\nEstablishing and conducting the quality plan implementation\nConducting reviews/milestones (internal or contractual),\nLeading and supporting the justification files with relevant arguments (anomaly processing, etc.)\nIdentifying quality relevant risks and supporting the implementation of Quality Improvement initiatives and APQP throughout the Project\nSupporting the resolution of incidents through problem solving activities such as route cause analysis, PPS, 5WHYs, PFMEA, etc.\nLeading and supporting the process of Non-Conformance Management\nEnsuring the consistency between customer requirements and Airbus Crisa quality know-how (standard quality plan)\nParticipating in the definition of the actions for risk mitigation\nCoordinating quality actions and managing the quality budget\nCertifying product conformity with its specification. To do this, you will be supported by Quality staff to guarantee the correct processing of product non-conformances.\nKEY DELIVERABLES: Product Assurance Plan, Non-Conformance Analysis and Consolidated Action Plan including feedback, Technical Risk Register, Risk Mitigation Plan, End to End Product/Service Conformity, Attestation, APQP\nKey Business Deliverables such as Quality Plan Timing (when owner).\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: to demonstrate conformity to processes and requirements at Programme level to Customers and External Authorities (when authorized), to drive non conformity management at Programme level.\nThis role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.\nWork experience requirements: more than 8 years of experience in SW Product assurance, Device (FPGA/ASIC) Product assurance or Product Quality assurance.\nEducational requirements:\nEducated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering (Electronic, Automatic, Aeronautic, etc.) or Physics, Chemistry, etc...\nAdvanced Level of English\nSoft skills set required: Strong communication skills, team player, analytical skills, rigorous approach, ability to think ahead and anticipate\nFeel like you can't tick some boxes above?
