Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Conformance Manager (m/f) to join Plant Quality Saint Eloi department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join the "Saint Eloi Plant Quality" department, responsible for producing elementary parts and pylons for all Airbus programs (A320, A350, A330 & A400M families) delivered around the world.
Our team is responsible for delivering a compliant product (engine pylon) to our customers (FALs) on time and within cost, while adhering to Airbus quality standards (inspection, prevention, corrective actions).
Our team is located at the Saint Eloi site, as close as possible to operations and the shop floor.
Specifically, the open position is for a Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) within the Wide-Body Programs Production Unit Quality Team (QMYL).

Your challenges :
- Quality Processing & Tracking (PPS): Lead the analysis, resolution, and tracking of Practical Problem Solving (PPS) cases related to operational disruptions, QSRs, SARIs, and audit findings.
- Continuous Improvement & Prevention: Actively contribute to production line improvement projects and deploy specific action plans related to FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention.
- Production & Shop-Floor Interface: Work in close collaboration with the production group to provide daily quality support.
- Internal Customer Relationship Management (FAL): Act as the interface for Final Assembly Lines (FAL) by handling quality feedback and ensuring rigorous follow-up of outstanding work.
- External Customer Follow-up (Airlines): Ensure airline satisfaction by managing in-service feedback related to product quality.
