Serving as the primary technical quality liaison between the Final Assembly Line (FAL) and external suppliers, you will lead hands-on shop-floor investigations, perform root cause analyses, validate non-conformances, and negotiate technical corrective actions with suppliers to ensure total aerospace compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Shop-Floor Investigation & Production Support\nServe as the direct point of contact on the production line, conducting hands-on \"Go Look See\" investigations to resolve real-time quality roadblocks.\n\nConduct in-depth technical assessments of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), engineering drawings, and design specifications to identify failure origins.\n\nAct as the direct quality liaison between FAL production teams, engineering, and suppliers to facilitate rapid technical resolution.\n\n2. Conformance & Material Review Board (MRB) Management\nValidate and disposition supplier Vendor Non-Conformance Reports (VRNCs) through the MRB process, ensuring technical compliance and high-quality standards.\n\nAdjudicate liability and define technical ownership for non-conformances through direct negotiations with suppliers following root cause investigations.\n\nOversee and validate First Article Inspections (FAI/FAIR) to verify that supplier components meet all aerospace specifications before integration into production.\n\n3. Root Cause & Supplier Corrective Action\nDrive end-to-end Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes using standard methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).\n\nLead technical investigations with suppliers to enforce robust, preventative corrective actions to eliminate recurring quality issues.\n\nTrack supplier corrective action compliance and verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related technical field).\n\nExperience: experience in Aerospace Quality Engineering, Supply Chain Quality, or a high-precision manufacturing assembly environment (direct experience with Airbus processes and specifications is strongly preferred).\n\nTechnical Competencies\nEngineering Standards: Advanced ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications.\n\nAerospace Compliance: Strong understanding of aerospace standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AS9100, EN9100).\n\nProblem-Solving: Expert-level mastery of structured problem-solving tools (8D, Cause & Effect analysis, Technical Root Cause Analysis).\n\nSystem Proficiency: Hands-on experience with quality data systems, Net-Inspect, and NCR/MRB tracking platforms.\n\nProfessional & Leadership Skills\nStakeholder Influence: Strong leadership and negotiation skills to align both internal production teams and external suppliers on quality priorities.\n\nCommunication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical data into concise, actionable engineering reports.\n\nFlexibility & Language: Bilingual proficiency.\n\nThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.\nCompany:\nAirbus (China) Enterprise Management and Services Co.LimitedEmployment Type:\nFixed term-------\nExperience Level:\nProfessionalJob Family:\nSupplier Management By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
