SAP BI HANA Technology expert h/f

Job Description:

Airbus Defence and Spaceis looking for a SAP BI HANA Technology expert (f/m) based inToulouse, France and to join our interntional team.

Your challenges:

·Act as Digital focal point and BI expert for all the Reporting requirements, ensuring service quality and end users satisfaction

·Be responsible person for BI developments and work closely with near and off shore internal Airbus colleagues when appropriate

·Provide End to End solutions focused on business outcome and User Experience

·Leverage of technical trends and new technological possibilities (state of the art). Be part of the team defining BI strategy and roadmap

·Deliver business value through continuous innovation on an international scale

·Adapt rapidly in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams

·Deliver projects (OnTime, OnQuality, OnCosts) in an agile or waterfull way to implement new functionalities based on the business processes

·Analyze business requirements and translate them into Digital solutions

·Develop BI solutions to satisfy business requirements following the development golden

rules

·Ensure seamless integration of new tools and/or changes in the existing application landscape. Continuously work on further simplification and consolidation of this landscape

·Provide specialist advice where appropriate for the Scoping, Development,

Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, Application Maintenance and evolution of relevant BI Information Systems

· Coordinate the communication with other Digital areas

· Lead the change management activities after the deployment of any new tool

Your profile:

· Excellent communication skills as required to engage customer on requirements and delivery

· Able to work proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative manner

· The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team

· Proactive and decision making

· Good problem solving and analytical skills

Technical skills required:

· At least 5 years of experience in the required domain

· Technical knowledge in BW and deep experience in BW4HANA developments is mandatory, ABAP is highly recommended

· Technical knowledge in BO tools: experience in BW and BO reporting tools (Lumira, Analysis for Office) is mandatory. BO Administrative skills are desirable

· Experience on SAC

· Experience on BPC projects

· Other BI skills, like technical knowledge in UI5, Fiori, CDS, ODATA is desirable

· English: At least advanced level required. Ability to communicate in other European language(s) would be beneficial
