This position is a one off opportunity to pioneer it.\nContext & Role\nYou will have the accountability to manage implementation project in line with ERP CoE strategy and SAP S/4 HANA recommendations (Clean Core). As a project manager, you should be able to understand the end to end business process and be able to handle communication with stakeholders effectively.\nYou should be able to -\nImplement the best practices of Project Management (delivery excellence, budget adherence, risks & opportunities management..)\nHave strong collaborations with all project stakeholders.\nEnsure constant and effective communication with the business and the sponsors.\nProficient level in handling complex Suppliers. Looking for an expert in Supplier Management.\nManage and prevent crisis situations,\nObjectives of the role:\nBuild and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.\n\nManage projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, roll-outs, including risk mitigation.\n\nCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.\n\nAnalyze project status as when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day reports on project status and changes.\n\nEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing progress.\n\nAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables\n\nReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.\n\nAbility to come up with a Velocity Improvement plan and Quality Improvement plan whenever required.\n\nEstablish a concrete governance structure and make sure suppliers adhere to it.\n\nEstablishing Project organization structure, project plan, project charter, process improvement plans, as per the nature of the project, considering AIRBUS standard processes.\n\nExperience in preparing a roadmap for implementation projects with appropriate quality gates and milestones.\n\nPreparation of Test Strategy and experience in Test Automation.\n\nDefining meaningful metrics to track the progress.\n\nDefine escalation matrix, communication plan, etc.\n\nExperience in creation of ERP Roadmap.\n\nRequired skills and qualifications:\nMasters degree in Engineering\n\nHaving a strong working experience for SAP implementation projects a Project Manager.\n\nHaving 10 to 12 years of strong SAP experience.\n\nStrong functional/ technical experience in SAP.\n\nExperience in handling green field implementation projects.\n\nStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.\n\nProven success working with all levels of management.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent presentation skills.\n\nProactive problem solving approach.\n\nProfessional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2\n\nExperience in Agile Methodology.\n\nSecondary Skills\n\nKnowledge on either of the tools ServiceNow, Agility or JIRA, Monitoring Tools.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\nStrong reporting skills.\n\nVery Strong English communication (Written & Verbal)\n\nAbility to absorb and retain information quickly.\n\nGood in dealing with cross- cultural business stakeholders.\nO Ability to get things done\nO Ability to negotiate and Influence people.\nSuccess Metrics\nSuccess will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:\nRobust milestones deliverables\n\nTeam integration\n\nShort Learning Curve for the internal process\n\nCompliance with Airbus Value and QPSL Vision\n\nConsistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality of the projects\n\nBring innovative cost effective solutions\n\nAchieve the customer satisfaction\n\nThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.\nCompany:\nAirbus India Private LimitedEmployment Type:\nPermanent-------\nExperience Level:\nProfessionalJob Family:\nDigital By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
