They shall accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and driving the the team in the right direction\nQualification & Experience:\nEngineering graduate/post-graduate with 10+ years of total experience in developing, delivering and managing IT solutions.\n3+ years of experience in project or product delivery management.\n\n2-4 years of Business Process Analysis\n\n2-4 years of Data Analytics experience\n\n2-4 years of Subcontractor Management experience\n\nAbility to work with a range of technical staff to develop joint solutions\n\nHands-on experience in cloud platform management is required. Experience in Scientific Computing and High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments is an added advantage.\n\nAble to work with International teams.\n\nTechnology-related experience:\nDemonstrated capabilities to define and drum-beat Delivery Quality guidelines and resolve issues on Delivery Quality\n\nHigh level of energy, strong drive & ability to adjust to changing priorities and making quick decisions with limited information are essential attributes in this role\n\nExperience working with Agile/ SAFe project methodologies\n\nExperienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationally\n\nStrong organizational, communication & customer service skills\n\nStrong customer relationship skills\n\nGood oral and written communication skills\n\nAnalytical and problem solving skills\n\nA Change and transformation mind-set\n\nFocus on problem solving and service restoration\n\nAbility to engage and motivate people in large teams\n\nGood customer focus and proactive stakeholder management\n\nITIL Certifications / Scrum Master / Safe PO/PMI Certifications (good to have)\n\nResponsibilities:\nCore Technical & ART Leadership\nFunctions as a Lead Technology Consultant, with a preferred focus on High-Performance Computing (HPC) ecosystems.\n\nActively lead activities within collaborative design, simulation, and scientific computing teams.\n\nA defined product Vision & Strategy in line with the Business Vision\n\nCoordinate and drive convergence between corporate functions and various business divisions.\n\nOperational Risks and Opportunities efficiently identified and mitigated for the product.\n\nExperience in HPC services, Infrastructure Administration and Service management\n\nExperience inpreparation of RFI/RFP documentation and Vendor Management\n\nStrong knowledge of Infiniband setups and MPI\n\nUnderstanding of interconnected multi cluster HPC environments is desirable\n\nUnderstanding of HPC facility infrastructure (electricity, cooling, Green-IT footprint) desirable but not mandatory\n\nUnderstanding of HPC application envelope requirements and scalability (core vs memory vs IO)\n\nKnowledge of HPC benchmarking practices\n\nKnowledge of at least one cluster resource manager & job scheduler (preferably IBM LSF)\n\nKnowledge of cloud stack technologies, containerization and DevOps\n\nExperience with logging & event management tools such as Splunk, Grafana is a plus\n\nBusiness Activities Development and Projects Delivery\nBe Customer face taking care of their needs\n\nEnsure value is properly managed and prioritized\n\nEnsure value is delivered against commitments\n\nEnsure Customer satisfaction is achieved\n\nProduct Operations\nEnsure capacity planning is defined and implemented for delivering planned activities\n\nDefine the Make or Buy strategy and sourcing strategy for the product team\n\nEnsure resources (internal and external) are properly managed\n\nDesign, implement and test solutions with the support of an implementation team and manage new releases from tool editors\n\nSupport the business processes implementation and improvement for joiners, movers and leavers, as a digital representative\n\nEnsure consistent learning and benchmarking of our technology solutions with other companies\n\nInfrastructure & Cybersecurity Oversight\nCollaborate with Security Architects to manage risk assessment and security compliance processes.\n\nCollaborate with external suppliers on infrastructure maintenance, lead the coordination of priority incident resolution, maintain effective business communication, and serve as an HPC subject matter expert to contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous service improvement.\n\nDomain communications\nCommunicate achievements to the business, end-users and within IM communities through various media\n\nParticipate in external and internal events related to the product\n\nAdditional Responsibilities \nLead Large Solution Epic & Capabilities\n\nPerform KPI Management for the team.\n\nContribute to the Product Vision & roadmaps.
