Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.\nYour challenges :\nAnalyze the impact of non-conformances (NCs) on airworthiness and provide stress justifications.\nEnsure the technical content of all compliance documents (non-conformances, concessions, etc.) in line with FAL milestones.\nSupport overall airframe quality improvement: investigate root causes of NCs and develop corrective actions.\nIdentify areas of inefficiency and contribute to process improvement.\nAct as a point of contact to facilitate coordination between various stakeholders (manufacturing, quality, design offices, etc.).\nYour boarding pass :\nExperienced professional as a Stress Engineer (Static or F&DT).\nTechnical expertise in metallic and/or composite structural analysis, using hand calculation and computerized tools (ISAMI, FEM, etc.).\nExperience on widebody aircraft programs.\nDOA Stress delegations already granted or ability to develop them.\nLanguages: Negotiation level in English (both spoken and written).
